Paginated tables to Excel: next page, load more and count checks

Continue web extraction into one task, set limits and understand partial results. Check source totals, unknown counts and export deduplication.

Identify how more records appear

Websites may have a next-page button, a load-more button or scrolling that replaces old rows. Preview the first batch and choose the matching mode. Manual pagination is also available: wait for each page to be saved before moving again.

Test the next page and define a range

Check filters, sorting, columns and any source total. Find or select the next-page control; cancelling returns to the existing preview. Test a page transition before choosing page, row and wait limits. A change of filters or sorting requires a new scope check.

Matching counts do not prove complete content

Use a reliable source total for the same filters. A source total of 500 with 420 saved rows means a difference of 80, not knowledge of which records are missing. Unknown totals remain unknown. Export deduplication can change the output count, which is reported separately in the Excel reconciliation sheet.

Closing the sidebar and pausing a job

Web jobs can continue with the sidebar closed if the source tab and browser remain open. Saved records can be exported while paused. Check whether a limit, timeout or changed structure stopped the job before continuing. A closed source tab or browser restart does not automatically rebind a new page; inspect saved batches and start another task if needed.

Free trials and larger tasks

Manual appends and continuous extraction share 3 pages/batches or 500 cumulative rows per task, whichever comes first. The first saved table counts toward later appends; direct individual exports do not use that allowance. An oversized next batch is not truncated or partially saved. Pro supports larger jobs within device safety limits.
