Product lists to Excel: names, identifiers and prices

Extract supported product cards into Excel. Preserve leading zeros, inspect missing prices and currencies, and keep source records for review.

Build a comparison-ready product list

Purchasing and research often require product names, identifiers, prices and links. Card layouts vary, and some prices are quote-only. Start with a small sample of supported repeated cards to verify the field relationships before extracting a larger range.

Define what one record represents

Compare the first few products: the name, SKU and price must belong to the same item. A feature list inside a card should not become several products. Adjust the outer selection area, then choose and rename the fields you want to keep.

A missing price is not zero

Leave missing values blank and preserve text such as “Contact for pricing”. Do not assume currencies, taxes or units are equivalent when the source does not say so. Keep identifiers like 000123 and long SKUs as text. Excel exports default to text; numeric or percentage conversion is an explicit option.

Keep useful links and corrections

Choose link addresses per column when you need to revisit a source. This version does not automatically visit every detail page or download all product images. Saved tasks support search, batch views and corrections. Check first and last records and items with missing fields before export.

Review duplicates and source information

Identical names can represent different variants, models or currencies. Use a stable unique ID or compound key for deduplication rather than a name alone. Keep rows with missing keys for review. Source and batch records help you check the result later.
