Web lists to Excel: supplier directories and headerless lists

Turn supported directories, links and repeated cards into Excel. Choose a record area, review missing fields and correct saved results.

A tidy directory can paste into one messy column

A company name may be a link, its city a separate element and its category optional. Copying the whole page can lose those relationships. RowGather extracts supported repeated structures into one row per record, ready for review.

Select the list that contains the records

Discover regions and inspect the row counts and two sample records. If an inner feature list was selected, use the list picker and the Expand area or Shrink area buttons to choose the outer record container. Confirm the highlighted area; exclude navigation from your intended scope.

Check the first, last and incomplete records

Headerless lists retain the first record and get editable placeholder headings. Labelled or consistently styled fields align by structure. Repeated unlabelled fields may only align by position; a missing middle field can still cause a mismatch. Review the warning and correct values against the source rather than guessing missing data.

Keep names and links

Single-column link directories preserve text and URLs separately. Other tables let you choose text, attribute values or link addresses per column. This does not visit detail pages automatically: it reads content already loaded in the chosen page.

Review a saved task later

Open Check and correct data to browse all records, search names, filter by batch and edit cells. Original values are retained and edits can be undone. Filters affect the view only; a task export still includes all records. Stop continuous extraction before editing.
